Delivery Information:
All our products are digitally delivered immediately in the order confirmation step. Once you purchase an item, in the Confirmation page a red "Download" button will appear next to the item name. Press the button and a new screen will pop up asking where to save the file to. We strongly recommend to download your item immediately.
We provide a compressed file (format .zip) which contains the quilting design in the following formats: Compuquilter, Intelliquilter, Statler Stitcher, PC Quitler and WMF files.
You can read this type of file directly. First locate your file where you saved it (use the file explorer). Then double click on it and you will see the files inside. Next click and keep pressed the mouse left-button on the file you want to extract. Then move it to the folder you want to copy to.
